1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with Cuddle & Co. Photography, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, whether booking through our website, social media, or directly with our team.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

  • Full payment must be completed before the release of digital or printed images.

  • Payment plans or installment options may be available upon request.

3. Session Guidelines

  • Clients must arrive on time for their session. Sessions that start late may result in a reduced shooting time.

  • If a client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be forfeited without refund.

  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times during sessions.

  • For outdoor sessions, Cuddle & Co. Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule once within a 2-week window (subject to availability) without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session result in a forfeited deposit.

  • If a studio is booked, the studio deposit is non-refundable.

  • If Cuddle & Co. Photography needs to cancel a session, a full refund of the deposit or a priority reschedule will be offered.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

  • Cuddle & Co. Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images taken.

  • Clients receive a personal usage license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes only.

  • Clients may not edit, alter, or apply filters to professional images without prior consent.

  • Cuddle & Co. Photography reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless a client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery & Editing

  • Digital images will be delivered via private online gallery within the agreed turnaround time.

  • Standard editing includes light retouching, color correction, and minor blemish removal.

  • Extensive retouching (such as body modification or background changes) may incur an additional fee.

  • Clients are entitled to one round of minor edits after receiving their gallery.

7. Refund & Return Policy

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and product replacements.

8. Liability & Safety

  • Cuddle & Co. Photography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during a session.

  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings during the shoot.

  • Sessions involving infants and young children require parental supervision at all times.

9. Force Majeure

  • Cuddle & Co. Photography is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, illness, natural disasters, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund of the deposit.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled under UK legal jurisdiction.

Cuddle & Co. Photography - Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Printed products, including photo prints, albums, and wall art, are shipped via trusted courier services.

  • Standard delivery times vary based on the product:

    • Photo prints: 5-7 business days

    • Photo albums & wall art: 7-14 business days

  • Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before being shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, Cuddle & Co. Photography ships within the UK only.

  • International shipping options may become available in the future.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

  • Cuddle & Co. Photography is not responsible for delays due to courier service issues, but we will assist in tracking and resolving concerns.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final.

  • If an order is incorrect or defective due to a production error, we will provide a one-time replacement at no extra cost.
